How do I add another venue?
If you are using a Standard account, contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org and we will have you upgraded quickly!
If you are using a Collection Account and have not already added 5 venues to your account, you can find the ‘Add Venue’ button on your dashboard. After you click ‘Add Venue’ you will be able to search and add the venue to your account.
How do I share a photo on my Facebook fan page?
First, click on a photo to launch the photo details. Click the Share on Facebook button and you will be prompted by Facebook to login and/or enter details about where and what you would like to say about this post. You can edit the title and caption of the post from the Facebook share modal.
How do I tweet a photo?
First, click on a photo to launch the photo details. Click the Share on Twitter button and you will be prompted by Twittter to login and/or enter details about where and what you would like to say about this post. The link displayed is the link from the platform where the photo was taken, which allows for the proper attribution to be made.

How do I change my email address?
To change your email click the Settings link in the right of the top navigation. Edit your email from the email field and click the Save Changes button at the bottom of the page.
I can’t see Foursquare photos?
To view the details of Foursquare photos, you need to authenticate your Foursquare account with Venueseen. See below for instructions on how to sync Foursquare. If you are not yet the manager of your venue on Foursquare, visit the Claim Your Venue instructions on Foursquare here.
